• Accessories and parts that have not been installed
• Products with manufacturing defects

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or specially ordered products
• Products that have been installed or used
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging or documentation

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product to our designated return address

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
